When i met William for the first time that I needed computer help/advice.  William was Great to work with, and is a master at computers, I have since called him many more time for help with my son's computer, I even had to drop off due to some major work that needed to be done. POW-BANG, William knocked it our of the park. System was running so much faster and smooth. Another time needed help picking out a gaming laptop. William got us the Big Bang for out buck. I recommend anyone needing help doing any I.T work- working on computers, building, or getting the most out of equipment, he has Never disappointed me. I recommend to everyone. Best service out there. I was about to buy a new laptop and already had one picked out. William stayed up with me on call for 1+ hours fixing my bad computer issues, we met on the game and it somehow led to this which I'm very grateful for he's very nice and said he would help me more in the future whenever I need it.

We had a computer issue that William solved very quickly. He also discovered another issue we were unaware of  and he corrected that as well. He was very experienced, polite and on task. William was open to questions and was very helpful. We highly recommend his as your go to IT service.
