Honestly I hate computers but given the times I do understand the need however I do not have the want to figure them out. So I called Vanguard IT services surprisingly didn't have a phone prompt and was not placed on a hold he immediately accessed my PC remotely and I have no idea what he did but within 20 minutes everything was working as I would have hoped. I have called companies in the past and it just seems like you spend hours trying to talk to someone and when you finally do you receive an invoice that adds in the time that you waited I would highly recommend Vanguard IT services to anyone like me that hates Tech.

Explained the problem with my computer, gave me several repair options and explained each, sent me the link to order the correct part so I didn't have to search for it, and recommend new computers if I chose replacement over repair. He only uses manufacturer parts no other brands. It was a very helpful and informative process
